As an Educator, Dr. D believes that all of us have an inherent genius on the inside of us that needs to be unlocked. With the removal of Black History, books, and so much more from the educational system, Dr. D knows, like so many others, that it's actually detrimental. It is detrimental because it is removing truth from education and the world.

So, Dr. D continues on the path of sharing the truth through education by showing others that Black History is American History and should be included in all education levels. The benefits of showing and displaying resiliency, growth, ferocious drive for equality, and how people have been able to force change for the betterment of society as a whole outweighs the privilege of a false narrative of a perfect United States.

Dr. D has taken the charge to display the benefits of inclusivity through partnering with school districts, homeschool networks, introducing the 20 minute teaching method, and the development of the Prideful Kids Collection.
